About the Role:
- The Integration Associate plays a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration between the advertising agency and the client.
- Acting as the primary point of contact, this individual manages day-to-day operations, coordinates with multiple internal stakeholders, and ensures campaigns are executed efficiently.
- The role demands excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to keep up with the ever-evolving trends in advertising, particularly in the digital and experiential space.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and deliverables.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss campaign progress, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, planning, digital, experiential, influencer marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work closely with platform-specific teams to develop and implement tailored advertising strategies.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to align client expectations with innovative solutions from internal teams.
Campaign Management:
- Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Review and ensure the quality of deliverables, maintaining an error-free standard of work.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Participate in strategy discussions and provide input to enhance client campaigns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and additional client engagement.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Must-Have:
- A Bachelor's/ Masters degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Client Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role (preferably in a digital marketing context).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a focus on fostering strong client relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the digital marketing or advertising industry, with knowledge of key trends and platforms.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
