Job Objective:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for SAP recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top SAP talent to meet the companys growing needs. You will work closely with the hiring managers and SAP project teams to understand recruitment requirements, source qualified candidates, and ensure timely placements across various SAP roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for SAP roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and SAP project teams to understand the requirements and priorities for SAP-related positions (e.g., SAP Consultants, SAP Functional/Technical Consultants, SAP Developers, etc.).
• Screen and evaluate resumes to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for SAP roles.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical knowledge, experience, and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate with technical interviewers and hiring managers to schedule and conduct in-depth technical interviews.
• Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
• Negotiate offers and extend employment offers to selected candidates.

Required Skills and Knowledge :

• Familiarity with SAP-specific job titles and skill sets, such as SAP Functional Consultants, SAP Technical Consultants, SAP Developers, and SAP Project Managers.
• Expertise in using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to evaluate candidates for both technical SAP skills and cultural fit.
• Strong networking abilities and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates in the SAP community.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification or hands-on experience in SAP systems is a plus.
• Experience with global recruitment for SAP roles.
• Knowledge of SAP certification requirements and training processes.
• Previous experience working in a technical recruitment environment or with technical teams.
