Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Experience: 4-6 years

Core responsibilities towards India hiring end to end recruitment of employees for all locations (IT as well as non-IT)

- Taking the requirements from the manager & understanding & identifying their needs

- Sourcing candidates from Job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn.

- Scrutinizing, screening and short listing candidates based on specific criteria, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience

- Making offers in collaboration with the TA Manager

- Coordinating with shortlisted candidates to:

• brief about the job profile and organization.
• check their interest & availability.
• schedule test/ interviews with the hiring manager.
• follow up on the feedbacks.
• Keeping a systematic Talent Pool of the candidates who attend the interviews/ test and of those who are finally shortlisted.
• Closing the positions in accordance with the timelines committed
• Post offer follow-up to sustain the interest and to ensure that the offered candidate joins.
• Prepare and maintain all data and documents for new joinees.

Qualifications/ skills required:

- Graduate (any stream) - preferred MBA in Human Resources

- Good communication skills (verbal as well as written) - should not be intimidated by the Hiring Managers

- Go-getter attitude

- Good knowledge of excel
