Purpose of the Role:

- Drive the growth and success of our firm by strategically identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier and diverse talent (both lateral and campus)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, ensuring a positive candidate experience by building trust, and rapport, and providing timely updates on their candidature.

- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, employee referrals, campus) to identify and engage high-quality candidates.

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and focus on reporting mechanisms, leveraging metrics to drive process improvements and optimize outcomes.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institution, with 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or campus recruitment, preferably in technology or consulting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
