As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to fuel our growth. This position requires a deep understanding of technical roles, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to foster strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, and other IT-related positions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and niche platforms, to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with technical skill requirements and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates on the recruitment pipeline and offer insights to improve the hiring process.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates, addressing queries and providing timely feedback.
Employer Branding:
- Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice by contributing to recruitment marketing efforts and participating in tech events or career fairs.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in technical recruitment, preferably in an IT product or SaaS company.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and programming languages (e.g., .Net, Python, Cloud, Design etc.).
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to assess technical and behavioral competencies effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting for niche technical roles.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies or experience with recruitment marketing campaigns.
