Job Description

Our client are the largest event and hospitality technology company in the world.

In this Talent Acquisition Leadership Team role, you will drive change, contribute to and influence the future of the wider Global Talent Acquisition team and the overall strategy with an emphasis for their India team.

You will lead the India sites for Talent Acquisition in addition to a global technology talent acquisition team. You will partner directly with all TA Leadership team members in addition to directly leading the Product & Technology Recruiting team. Your focus will be to design recruiting strategies that lead to identifying, interviewing, and hiring experienced, diverse, talent that will raise the bar of the organization's performance.

1. Partner with our business and TA leaders to understand talent requirements, whilst challenging current thinking and ways of hiring whilst advising them on industry talent trends and market competitiveness.

2. Translate hiring needs into strategic recruitment plans and set clear expectations for the timeframe and partnership needed from the business.

3. Partner effectively with People (HR) business partners to ensure a high-quality experience for hiring managers, the hiring team and candidates.

4. Translate data into insights to influence senior leadership decision making, support problem solving and to communicate compelling data stories.

Please note: This role has a shift time between 12-9PM & they follow a hybrid model.
