Location- Andheri East (Marol Naka)

• Drive end-to-end bulk hiring for telesales agents, ensuring a monthly target of 25 hires.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews efficiently, assessing communication, sales aptitude, and role fit.
• Ensure seamless coordination with hiring managers and stakeholders for smooth onboarding.
• Leverage strong English communication to engage candidates and represent ImpactGuru professionally.
• Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, meeting recruitment goals consistently.
• Optimize hiring strategies, bringing in quality talent while maintaining speed and efficiency.
