Job Description:
- Setup and govern the process and KPI for BA team for creation of BRDs and HLDs.
- Closely work with PMO teams and act as trusted advisor to guide them with right requirements, frameworks, solutions and new approaches.
- Critically analyse business needs and push for clearly identifying and documenting the tangible benefits of NRCRs as well as success criteria of the requirement.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the BA team to work effectively with cross teams like QA, Dev and business teams.
- Review the quality of the BRD and solution design outputs created by BAs and constantly provide inputs to them.
- Work with enterprise architecture team to ensure synchronized componentization in all solutions.
- Set performance benchmarks for BA teams and do appraisals on SMART metrics.
- Conduct Retro meetings to analyze and prevent instances of new requirements in UAT.
- Participate in new product evaluation and other governance meetings to update management team.
- Be the primary knowledge body for business process, system functionalities and functional architecture in IT.
