Position: HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

2. Candidate Engagement:

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers.
• Build a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

3. Collaboration:

• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Provide insights and market trends to guide recruitment strategies.

4. Recruitment Metrics:

• Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports on key metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.).

5. Onboarding:

• Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

6. Employer Branding:

• Promote the organization's culture and values to attract top talent.
