Responsibilities for Closing Manager

1. Manage the Closing Process
   Oversee and coordinate all activities related to the closing of commercial and private real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and timely completions.
   
2. Collaborate with Internal Teams
   Work closely with sales, legal, and finance departments to ensure all documentation, payments, and compliance requirements are met prior to closing.
   
3. Client Liaison
   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the closing process, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or issues that arise.
   
4. Coordinate with External Parties
   Liaise with title companies, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other third parties to ensure all necessary documentation and procedures are completed promptly.
   
5. Schedule and Organize Closings
   Coordinate the scheduling of closing dates, meetings, and other related activities, ensuring all parties are aligned and that the process flows smoothly.
   
6. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues
   Proactively identify potential issues that may delay or hinder the closing process and work to resolve them efficiently.
   
7. Maintain Client Records
   Ensure all client and transaction records are accurately maintained and securely stored, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
   
8. Continuous Improvement
   Contribute to the improvement of internal closing processes and systems to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.
   
9. Provide Exceptional Customer Service
   Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and responsiveness in every interaction with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered at all times.
   
10. Team Collaboration and Support
    Collaborate with team members and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and support the overall success of the company's real estate transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate with 1-3 Years of experience as Pre sales or Closing/ Portfolio Team Lead in Real Estate sales can apply.

2. Candidates with Experience in Dubai Property dealing will be given preference.

3. Any Graduate with Fluency in English can Apply.
