Job Description : Erlang Developer

We are looking for a skilled Erlang Developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating efficient, high-performance applications and comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. While prior experience with databases is a plus, we are open to candidates eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Development : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Erlang code.

- System Design (Added Advantage) : Collaborate on the design of distributed and scalable systems.

- Debugging and Optimization : Ensure fault-tolerant operation with minimal downtime and continuously improve system performance.

- Maintenance : Manage live systems, including implementing hot code swapping to ensure zero-downtime deployments.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Erlang and a solid understanding of functional programming principles.

- Familiarity with the OTP (Open Telecom Platform) framework.

- Understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and messaging patterns.

- Basic knowledge of fault-tolerant system design and real-time communication systems.

- Experience with low-latency, high-availability, and scalable systems.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage) :

- Hands-on experience in system design for distributed systems.

- Familiarity with databases or willingness to learn and implement database-related functionalities.

- Prior experience with high-performance, real-time applications.
