Job Description
Oversees the hotel maintenance and engineering operations. Assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the hotel. Verifies completion of all routine maintenance and repairs, replacement, and renovation projects. Establish policies and objectives. Communicates with hotel department heads and management regarding maintenance needs. Ensures timely response to requests.
