Assist catering sales manager in reviewing, monitoring and revising guest service standards, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction
Assist and maintain an efficient administration system within the department
To follow the Departmental Operations Manual that reflects policies, procedures, work processes and performance standards within the department
To maintain client database with segmentation
To ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual and electronic, is constantly updated
To ensure that standard correspondence formats for various stages of bookings and events is completed and maintained
To continuously seek ways to maximize revenues and profits by upselling other facilities and services
To assist the catering sales manager in monitoring and analyzing activities in the market, through guest feedback so as to ensure that we stay ahead of competition
Actively solicit and develop sales and marketing activities with key industry partners such as travel agencies, convention organizers
Assist and maintain an efficient administration system within the department
