Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and spearheading revenue generation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals and strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Strategy:
    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted sectors.
    • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
  • Sales Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
    • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and close deals effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in service delivery.
    • Provide feedback and insights to enhance offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
    • Analyze and present business growth and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 5years in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in technology, SaaS, or consulting industries.
  • Education: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
    • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
