Role & responsibilities
- Conduct targeted cold calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce our services and generate leads.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for prospecting and building a robust network.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide proof of concept sessions, value proposition and explaining technical proposals.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Write blogs on the technical topics.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, and business development, preferably targeting the USA market.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Comfort with night shifts to accommodate our target market's time zone.
- Familiarity with monitoring services, cybersecurity, or IT support is a plus.
