Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Good experience on working remotely with global customers. Research and produce scope deliverables. Develop and manage proposal budgets and timelines. Undertake project conceptualization, identifying the key requirements for developing the proposal. Identify risks and include appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency in the proposal. Plan and manage the quality of deliverables. Accurately estimate the cost and duration of the solution identifying reduced cost methods to deliver outcomes. Develop high quality proposals that meet the customers requirements. Develop proposals that adhere to or exclude contract conditions. Manage internal proposal review and approval process. Proposals are submitted on time. Adhere to project and estimation processes. Maintain effective relationships with customers. Good understanding of US standards. Good understanding about the Electrical design and Field Instrumentation. Expert/Good understanding about different systems hardware mainly A-B, Schneider, ABB, Siemens. Having hands-on experience on VFD, PLCs and HMI. Knowledge/Expert for selection of appropriate electrical items. Evaluates tender documentation to identify and address scope deliverables and contract conditions. Considers alternative and innovative solutions to address the customers needs. Leverages solutions and knowledge from previous projects and proposals.

Preferred candidate profile

LC, SCADA, RTU/Automation experience desirable Minimum 5 years experience in the electrical/automation industry. Proven experience in estimation, and profitable delivery, of electrical automation projects. Strong technical, commercial, communication and grammatical skills.
