Manager - Supply Management (8-10 yrs)

Objective:

Manage Tabreed India's end to end categories' sourcing needs in close co-ordination with the Group's Supply Management function and other departments in Tabreed India. Develops Tabreed India's Sourcing and Supply Management Policy and Procedures. Ensure full implementation of and compliance with Tabreed UA governance requirements. Manages strategic and tactical suppliers, pre-award sourcing needs and post-award contract administration needs. Develops categories and strategic sourcing plans including efforts to localize Tabreed's sourcing activities within India developing this as a source of strategic competitive advantage for the business. Description:

Sourcing & Supply Chain Localization:

- Identifies, manages and develops suppliers for categories ensuring all supply related risks are mitigated

- Manages sourcing of multiple categories for Tabreed India and its affiliate organizations

- Develops category intelligence via detailed reporting and analysis

- Leverage on Group knowledge for market analysis and risks mitigation plans

Strategic Supplier Relationship Management:

- End to end sourcing process for all categories with identified suppliers starting with supplier prequalification/registration, RFP preparation, tendering, preparing comparative statements, bid clarification management, coordinating technical evaluation, supporting negotiation, finalizing commercial evaluation and issuing recommendation to award

- Managing relationship with suppliers to ensure long term commitment for Tabreed requirements

- Maintaining a strong supplier database for all categories and periodic modifications

- Identifying new suppliers to support Tabreed's vision on sustainability and innovation

Contracts Negotiation and Sourcing Processes:

- Undertakes and supports complex negotiations with suppliers and ensures value creation and cost saving targets are met

- Manages establishment of Agreements (One-time, Long-term, Framework and any other type)

- Develops country specific Contractual Forms and periodically updates in coordination with Group departments

Sourcing Planning and Reporting Processes:

- Ensures increased Contract Coverage and reduced Requisition to Order turnaround time

- Regulatory, Board and Shareholder Compliance Processes

- Securing Group individual and STC (Tabreed UAE Sourcing and Tendering Committee) approvals wherever applicable at each relevant stage of procurement above a certain threshold, by making required presentations/reports

- Reporting to various internal and Board committees on sourcing matters, as and when required

- Establishing required controls to ensure full compliance with Group RACE and approval needs

Post Contract Administration Processes:

- Ensures compliance, to procedures and expectations of decision making personnel and committees are met

- Manages administration of all agreements for multiple categories ensuring all parties meet obligations, fully comply with TCs, and achieve highest level of performance (KPIs/SLAs) as per the agreements

- Ensures all agreements are renegotiated and are maintained at most optimum market levels

- Develops annual category procurement plans and ensures plans are executed on time

- Leads development of reports and presentations

- Meets periodic reporting requirements set by VP (Group and Tabreed India)

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering discipline

- Master's Degree in Business preferred

- CIPS or equivalent certification preferred

Minimum Experience:

- 8 years of relevant experience in the Function

- Knowledge of CPWD, FEDIC norms
