Manager - Project Management & Planning

Responsibilities:

- End to end Project Planning & Management of fabrication works carried out at vendor locations Pan India

- Understand and ensure adherence to the project specific Techno-commercial requirements, Project documents like engineering drawings, Fabrication Procedures, ITP, Dispatch & Logistics Plan, Commercial Terms & Conditions design, Data Sheets, Scope of work.

- Prepare Detailed Project Plan, Delivery Schedule, Nesting Plan, Production Schedule, Raw Material MTO, Material Sourcing Plan, Daily Production Reports, Material Handling and Logistics Plan.

- Work towards development of new Vendors / Supply Chain Partners continuously, coordinate vendor assessment, Onboarding, and rate contracts.

- Prepare and Issue Vendor Purchase Orders, negotiate vendor contracts to ensure strict alignment to Project Budget.

- Work with cross functional teams like Estimation, Engineering, Sales, Quality, Logistics etc to ensure delivery of project requirement on time and in line with customer's expectations.

- Lead Internal & External Project Kick-off meeting and handle all project communications between customer's and internal stakeholders.
