EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

(DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE ETC)

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on industrial buildings, high-rise buildings, Data centers and transport infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) and understanding of BIM-based workflows.
• Strong knowledge of US/European building codes, regulations, and construction standards applicable to industrial, high-rise, and transport infrastructure projects.
• Lead and manage architectural design for industrial, high-rise, and transport infrastructure projects.
• Oversee design development and coordinate with inhouse engineering teams and customers
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and technical staff.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, including conceptual, schematic, and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide expert guidance on architectural best practices and emerging trends.

MUST REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven leadership experience in managing design teams and complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design tools.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM processes and integration with other disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
