Job Description
Job Description:
As a Junior UI/UX Designer at T7E, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will play a key role in designing digital products that enhance user experience and meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Apply visual design principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design and refine graphics, icons, and other visual elements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Assist in the creation of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Figma for designing user interfaces and creating interactive prototypes.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative process.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and screen sizes.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
