T-Systems - Manager - Legal - LLB (10-12 yrs)

- Data Privacy, drafting & vetting legal agreements, vendor / customer contract negotiations from legal perspective, dealing with German colleagues for Data privacy/legal matters, co-ordination with external consultants.

- Minimum 6 to 8 years' experience as leading GDPR/Data Privacy topic

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with MNC with exposure to above topic

- Strong in Communication, Regulations, Policy Matters, Documentation and DX best practices.

Hands on Experience in key areas of:

- Data Privacy and Security (facing off with DT Group)

-Good understanding of GDPR, Privacy and Security

- Good understanding of India Data Privacy Law

-Ability to handle incidents, cases and drive investigations

- Reporting back to Groups on Incidents

- Governance, Risks and Compliance

- High level Compliance Policy Matters

- Certifications if any

- Audits and experience in conducting and handling external audits

- Knowledge and Documentation Management, Traceability Matrix and

- Ability to deal with external Group and Practices on their requirements etc

Qualification - LLB or any equivalent education is a must
