Manage the full lifecycle of software applications from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support

Manage resources budgets and timelines for application development projects ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule
Lead a team of developers providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
Monitor application performance identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and user experience
Stay updated on emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in application development and incorporate relevant advancements into the organization s processes and strategies
Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.
Develop and maintain documentation for applications including technical specifications user guides and support manuals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements security standards and data protection policies in all application development and deployment activities

Qualifications

Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in computer science information technology or a related field advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience of 10 years in application development and management with a strong background in software engineering principles methodologies and technologies
Prior experience 10 years managerial role with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python, C or others as well as familiarity with web development frameworks database management systems and cloud technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management principles and practices with experience in Agile or other iterative development methodologies
Knowledge of DevOps practices continuous integration continuous deployment CI/ CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Certifications such as PMP Scrum Master or ITIL are a plus
