Job Description
- Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures that align with the companys business objectives and comply with local laws and regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end process of employee relocation, including visa and work permit applications, housing, transportation, and other logistical arrangements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, including cultural training and language assistance.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage the budget for global mobility programs and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all global mobility activities, including employee assignments, expenses, and compliance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment policies across different countries and regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as relocation companies and immigration lawyers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Bachelors degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in global mobility management, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment policies across different countries and regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and external vendors.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to multi task and influence and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
