Data Scientist - Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (6-10 yrs)

Urgent requirement for Data Scientist - AIML Engineer for Gurgaon Location.

Experience : 6-10 Yrs

Job Location : Gurgaon

Mandatory skill set :

- Candidate should have built more than 2 Chabot or application using Gen AI or complete LLM related concept.

- Should have worked as a backend developer in the past as experience on any 1 backend language is mandatory - Java or Python.

- Experience on MLOps and DevOps related processes is required.

Job Description :

- Machine Learning Engineer with strong knowledge of Python and cloud based deployments

- Build, train and deploy models for inferencing and build surrounding APIs to access them on cloud and on-prem.

- You will be part of hands-on team developing ML based applications for the bank using various ML techniques.

- You will be required to build and deply ML applications in cloud using NLP, LLMs and other supervised learning techniques.

- You will be required to efficiently understand the data domain of the bank to perform EDA and MI report. And eventually designing and developing ML application on the data for multiple programs.

- Use data to change the economic ecosystem of the bank and Indian Financial space.

- The logo of the team is data can create magic and revenue streams for the bank and ML+MLOps is just a way achieve the goal.

- Fine tuning and creating inference services using bleeding edge technologies vLLM, Adaptors.

- Strong mentor for junior machine learning engineers and data scientist.

- Certified in atleast one cloud preferably AWS or GCP.

Key Skills :

- Machine Learning Engineer with strong knowledge of Python and cloud based deployments.

- Strong knowledge of EDA, NLP, Topic Modeling, NER, Embedding models and Semantic Search based techniques.

- Have working knowledge of LLMs via APIs like Open AI and deploying open source LLMs like LLAMA2 and FLAN T5 etc.

- Strong knowledge of Lang Chain framework and Fast API of python is a must have.

- Knowledge of runtimes like ONNX, Quantization, QLORA techniques.

- Working experience of Cloud preferably Azure. Understanding of MLOps frameworks is a big plus.

- Knowledge of Classification, Q&A network using BERT etc.

- Strong knowledge of tensorflow and pytorch frameworks.

- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop) is a big plus.

- Understanding of machine-learning and operations research.

- Analytical mind and business acumen paired with problem-solving ability.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Educational Qualifications :

- 6-15 years proven experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Data Science Machine Learning relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred.
