Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Relations & Placements Manager to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporates to create job opportunities for international university graduates.
• The Corporate Relations & Placements Manager will also be responsible for engaging with universitys alumni to strengthen our network and enhance career development opportunities for students.
• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in securing internship and placement opportunities for our client universitys students while also developing and implementing training programs to enhance their employability skills. Responsibilities:

Corporate Relationship Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate relations strategy to establish and maintain partnerships with corporates for graduate placements (corporate connect)
• Identify and engage with potential employers to create job opportunities for university graduates.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align graduate skills with industry requirements and facilitate placements.
• Organize networking events, industry talks, and career fairs to foster connections between students and potential employers.

Placements:

• Identify and coordinate internship and job placement processes for students across various disciplines.
• Conduct workshops and facilitate training support to students in resume writing, interview preparation, and other career development activities.

Networking:

• Build and maintain relationships with alumni to foster mentorship and networking opportunities for students and graduates.
• Participate in industry events to enhance the connect with Education fraternity.
• Represent the university at industry conferences, networking events, and career fairs to raise awareness and form new corporate partners.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of student placements, including tracking outcomes and success metrics.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Analyze placement data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for partnership expansion.
• Present analysis reports for university administration and stakeholders on placement activities and outcomes.

Marketing and Outreach:

• Promote placement services and opportunities to students through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and campus events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote graduate placement opportunities to students and employers.

Experience

• Minium 3-5 years in corporate relations, career services, corporate connect, Industry academia linkages, in the higher education sector, University Placements, Career development cell in universities
• Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, and training programs is essential.
• Strong network and connections with the corporate sector in India.
• Experience in managing alumni network

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

Skills

• Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining partnerships with corporates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in alumni relations and career services is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of industry trends, job market dynamics, and career development strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and industry stakeholders.
