Lead Software Engineer Dev Spring Boot React REQ/0723

• Looking for leads responsible for leading and managing 3 to 5 engineers, producing and implementing functional software solutions. Understanding the client business requirements, Understanding the current system functionality, Proposing high-level solutions/designs, and Developing a cool SaaS platform for our US, Australian, and European clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experienced in building applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services
• Proficient at React or Next or Angular or Vue or any frontend frameworks
• Good at Microservices architecture Considerable experience with PostgreSQL, or MySQL, or MS SQL Server, or Oracle or any NoSQL databases
• Experienced with Test Driven Development (TDD) or Unit test development and Pair programming or highly collaborative development
• It is nice to have gRPC, Design Patterns, AWS or Azure or Google Cloud experience, Docker Containers
• It is nice to have FinTech work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
