Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of 25 quality engineers, fostering a high-performance culture. Develop testing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives. Oversee automation, analyze quality metrics, and advocate for quality throughout the SDLC.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance, with a focus on automation.
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams of engineers.
- Strong proficiency in testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Bachelor s or Above Degree in any discipline
