HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates through job portals & social networking.
• Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate candidate's profile.
• Work as a team to fulfill various job positions on time.
• Schedule technical interviews in coordination with the team.
• Contribute in various phases of recruitment lifecycle from sourcing of candidates to hiring.
• Administer various HR records including time sheets, compensation, benefits, etc.
• Take additional role in office operations and IT asset management activities.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in screening candidates along with knowledge of various software/IT technologies.
• Knowledge/experience in candidate sourcing through social networking.
• Proactive, Team Player, Smart and Diligent.
• Willingness to take additional responsibilities such as operations management.
