Job Description
- Experience in administering collaboration tools and intranet platforms, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Experience in standard suite of user tools (e.g., Forms, OneNote, Engage/Yammer, etc).
- Experience with Office 365 and its suite of tools
- Certification in SharePoint administration or related fields
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, including site collections, permissions, and workflows
- Proficiency in managing collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
