Systems Plus - Senior SAP ABAP Consultant - Implementation (5-7 yrs)

Role Description :

- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to consultants as well as client personnel utilizing SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).

- Mentor and guide junior consultants on technical best practices and project methodologies.

- Lead analysis and design sessions to create detailed requirements and design specifications for client solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement custom SAP ABAP solutions to meet client business requirements, including integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Manage and lead the design and development of customized RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) objects.

- Provide general technical support for our clients and other consulting resources, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Ensure the quality and adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP ABAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects, OOPs concepts, and related technologies (ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPIs).

- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing RICEFW objects.

- Experience in integrating SAP with other systems (third-party applications, cloud platforms).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its ABAP enhancements.

- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- SAP ABAP certifications.

- Experience in leading and mentoring junior consultant.
