"Director - Investment Banking and Head of Infrastructure Sector Coverage" in the Investment Banking team at Systematix Group

Key Responsibilities:

- Coverage of the Indian Infrastructure & Real Estate sectors, covering all major stakeholders like Corporates, Financial Investors, Sovereign Funds and Government bodies.

- Your coverage will include roads, railways, water, data centre, electricity, ports, real assets etc

- You will be responsible for handling and leading sourcing and execution across life cycle of any transaction, including restructuring, forming corporate strategy, fund raising and negotiations.

- While your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive growth in the ECM business, you will be part of the overall leadership to grow the PE, M&A and Structured Finance services business at Systematix.

- This strategy is in line with our commitment of being a lifecycle banker to companies in the focus sectors.
