Experience :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM administration.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills :
- Deep expertise in all aspects of SCCM administration, including software distribution, patch management, operating system deployment, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and their application, including creation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, including creating and executing scripts for automation and administration tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with other scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment.
- Manage SCCM client deployments, software updates, and security patches.
- Monitor SCCM health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.
- Create and maintain SCCM reports to track software deployments, patch compliance, and system health.
- Implement and manage endpoint security measures, including antivirus, anti-malware, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation measures.
- Create, manage, and deploy Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to configure and manage user and computer settings.
- Utilize GPOs to enforce security policies, manage software installations, and streamline user experience.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating routine tasks, such as software deployments, user provisioning, and system maintenance.
- Utilize scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide remote troubleshooting and support for end-users and other IT teams.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to endpoint devices, software, and operating systems.
