Technical System Analyst - IT Support/System Administration (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

As a Technical System Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and resolving user issues. You will work closely with users and technical teams to identify and resolve problems, implement improvements, and maintain system health.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, including hardware, software, and network issues.

- Conduct security audits and compliance checks.

- Provide technical support to users, answering questions and resolving issues.

- Configure and maintain system settings and parameters.

- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates.

- Test and validate system changes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.

- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and applications.

- Experience with SCCM for software deployment and management.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

- Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

- Knowledge of ITIL service management framework.

- Experience with endpoint management tools (i.e., Nexthink).

- Certification in relevant technologies (i.e., Microsoft, ITIL)
