About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
- Develop a content calendar to plan and schedule social media posts.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce visually appealing and compelling content.
Community Management:
- Actively engage with the target audience through comments, messages, and social media groups.
- Monitor brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Build and nurture a strong online community.
Paid Social Advertising:
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and optimize ad creatives to maximize ROI.
- Track campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e. , Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic understanding of FTC regulations and compliance in digital marketing.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
