Cloud Engineer - Infrastructure & Computing (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain cloud governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

- Establish and promote cloud best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on cloud adoption and usage.

- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.

- Automate cloud operations and deployments using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.

- Evaluate and recommend cloud-native technologies and services.

- Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and cost optimization.

- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest cloud trends and technologies.

- Collaborate with other teams to drive cloud adoption across the organization.

- Contribute to the development of cloud training materials and documentation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing.

- Strong understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with cloud-native technologies (e.g, containers, serverless).

- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g, Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

- Experience with cloud monitoring and management tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with cloud cost optimization tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

- Knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks (eg, TOGAF).

- Experience with cloud migration strategies.

- Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Architect)
