Role & responsibilities

Diagnose and Troubleshoot Computers Hardware and Software issues and provide technical support.

Hardware Repairs and Service - Call logging and Coordinating with the respective Manufacturers and suppliers to get the issues fixed.

Coordinating with multiple IT vendors for Procurement, Problem fixing and Parts

replacements.

Monitor, respond and resolve quickly to requests related to Computers, Softwares and all other IT related issues.

Configure and Monitor all LAN devices, network switches, Wireless Access points, Printers, CCTV cameras and other peripherals.

Diagnose computer errors, install, configure and upgrade PCs hardware components as required..

Assembling & disassembling computers.

Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows, Ubuntu and MAC Operating systems.

Configuring and troubleshooting mail clients such as Outlook, Apple Mail Clients, Thunderbird, etc..

Responsible for Handling and Arranging Assets for existing as well as new employees.

Responsible for collecting company owned IT related Assets from EXIT employees.

Inventory Management, Track and Update as and when required.

ISP provided Internet Links Monitoring and Complaints Logging when Links are down.

Visiting and Attending other Branch offices to fix any IT & network related issues.
