Role & responsibilities
1. Tender Administration: Coordinate the tender process, including preparing and issuing tender documents, addendums, and clarifications.
2. Tender Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tender documentation, including tender notices, invitations to tender, and contract documents.
3. Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams, as well as external parties, such as suppliers and contractors.
4. Tender Scheduling: Coordinate tender schedules, including setting deadlines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of tender-related tasks.
5. Data Entry: Enter tender-related data into the company's database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and tender procedures.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on tender activities, including tender status, deadlines, and outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Education: Any bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in tender coordination, administration, or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Tally added advantage
