Job Description
The Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.
Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
Overall coding/development experience 3+ years
Primary Skill set with mins 3+ years exp in VBA, Power Automation, power App and Power
Secondary skill set - VBA, Web scrapping, SAP/Selenium and Testing
Use Power Automation flow, Power App and Power BI for development of macro/applications
Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and graphing to streamline business processes
Directly interact with stakeholders to get complete business requirement
Have sound understanding of Analysis, Coding and Unit testing.
Well versed in analyzing Results, Bug fixing & Reporting,
Experience in Database- SQL, PL-SQL etc.
Minimum Qualifications
BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc
Relevant work experience (VBA, Power Automation, power App and Power )
Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Effective communicate in writing and verbally to senior management.
Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.
Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
Ability to balance customer governance meetings
Preferred qualifications
Good conceptual knowledge and experience in VBA & Power Automation
Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
Good people and customer handling skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
