Skillset: Looking for Curriculum Developer with responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining curriculum for new product releases and updating changes into existing courseware, Experienced with developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and step-by-step instructions

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain courses for all audiences including prospects, customers, partners, and employees
• Create training documentation including conceptual framework for eLearning development, audio and simulation scripts for eLearning, student guides, quick reference materials, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop course specifications and gather course content
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships.
• Develop and nurture relationships with subject matter experts to gather best practices and incorporate expertise into learning objectives and user scenarios

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Extensive experience with eLearning design and creation
• Ability to analyze training needs and present effective educational solutions
• Demonstrated project management skills and track record of partnering with other team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects
• Knowledge of audience-engagement techniques for different learning styles
• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and financial reporting a plus
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Zoom or other tools
• Outstanding verbal and written English-language skills
• Experienced with developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and step-by-step instructions
