Job Description: Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team and lead the implementation of Kore.ai solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of conversational AI technologies and a proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise-level AI solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide technical leadership and ensure we maximize the potential of Kore.ais offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Kore.ai solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in AI solution development and deployment.
Integration: Oversee the integration of Kore.ai solutions with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Customization: Customize Kore.ai solutions to meet specific business needs, including developing custom workflows, intents, and integrations.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and user manuals.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on the use and maintenance of Kore.ai solutions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical architect role focusing on AI solutions.
Technical Skills:
oProficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
oStrong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
oExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
oFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Soft Skills:
oExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kore.ai platform or similar conversational AI platforms.
Knowledge of industry-specific use cases for conversational AI in sectors like banking, healthcare, retail, or insurance.
