SysTechCorp - Salesforce Developer - Visual Force (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.

- Salesforce Administration : Support the administration and enhancement of Salesforce systems, including configurations and system optimizations.

- Customization and Integration : Customize Salesforce features, workflows, and reports, integrating them with other business applications as needed.

- Problem-Solving : Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions in the Salesforce environment.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other development teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure that the Salesforce environment is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

- Documentation : Document technical specifications, development processes, and best practices to maintain a high standard of project quality.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments and technologies to ensure the solutions we build are cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience in Salesforce.com Development, with expertise in Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.

Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, including system enhancements and configurations.

- Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning components, and other native Salesforce technologies.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications (e.g. , Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

- Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
