Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis - Prepare Budget, Forecasts and conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee accounting operations and Ensure compliance with the GAAP s
• Implement and monitor Internal Controls and Compliance.
• Manage the consolidation process for multiple entities or business units, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial data.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company s growth objectives.
• Preparation and review of compliance with Accounting Policies and SOP s
• Managing day-to-day financial activities as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education : CA with min 2 years of post-qualification experience

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
