Providing accurate and relevant technical information to customers

Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions to customers

Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering and product development, to identify and resolve complex technical issues

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation

Developing and delivering technical training to customers and internal staff

Participating in the development and testing of new products and features
