Job Description:

• Deliver Daily targets for payment posting transactions.
• Process payments received from patients and insurance companies accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify insurance payments and patient balances, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts using the designated billing software.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Perform demo/charge entry.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines.
