- Should train & develop Assistant Manager and TLs to ensure they acquire the required skills and perform the task with minimal supervision.
- Support the supervisor in reporting and implementing performance management plan for Assistant Managers and TLs
- Should plan regular audits to ensure adherence to SOC, ISMS or related compliance standards.
- Regular communication of quality reports to the client
- Continually improve the processes to bring in Operational Excellence.
- Should monitor the monthly audit plan to ensure effective and timely execution
- Managing communication with the stake holders.
- Attrition Management per organization and Individual targets.
- Perform dip stick to check the quality of deliverables
