Job Description
At least 4 years of professional design experience including user experience design of mobile and web applications (preference for iOS Android).
UI/UX designer, who will work closely with the development and product management teams to understand business needs, analyze processes, and construct a best-fit user experience and UI layout for our workflow tools.
Comprehensive understanding of UI/UX design and industry trends for mobile technologies.
Must possess solid hands-on experience with appropriate design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver etc.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Familiar with and practices the user-centered design process and user advocacy (user observations, research, usability testing).
Work independently to deliver detailed designs and components to agile development teams and refine as necessary during product sprints.
Working knowledge with jQuery UI, jQuery Mobile, Wordpress, responsive design.
Solid experience in XHTML, HTML and CSS.
Need to have a portfolio of websites or native app design for both iPhone and Android applications.
An eye for visuals, fonts, typography, palette development, intuitive layout and a pixel-level, etc.
Not a Developer but has worked with both developers and Business team on conceptualizing/ prototyping.
