Job Title: Senior Cloud Sales Manager

Reports to: Mr Chakri, Director Cloud Technologies

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Manager to lead our cloud sales team in driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, excellent sales and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of cloud sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to align sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement programs to ensure team success.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Cloud manager(sales role- Bd Tech) experience.
• Proven sales leadership and management experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud migration, deployment, and management.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
• Familiarity with DevOps, containers, and serverless computing.
• Certification in cloud sales or a related field (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
