RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support
Install, Configure, Manage and Support SAP S/4 HANA 2020, 1909, 1809, 1709, 1610, 1511, 1503, ERP6.0 EHP, Process Orchestrator, BW, BPC, NetWeaver FIORI/Gateway, Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, Content Server, Adobe Document Services, Business Objects and Java Based NetWeaver Products like Enterprise Portal
Install, configure and Monitor HANA, Oracle, DB2, Sybase and MSSQL Database
SAP System Copies execution
Administer, manage and support SAP clients
Day-to-Day system monitoring of a 3 tier SAP landscape.
Document Standards, Systems Architecture, runbooks and monitoring Infrastructure
Support of project tasks under project deadlines.
Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivity level
Work very closely with other project consultants (Project Management, Functional, Security, Development, Automation)
Support in SAP Cloud Platform, Cloud Connector, Cloud SSO
Support with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Hyperscalers for SAP Applications Basis Operations activities in Public cloud
Responsible for the setup and maintenance of customer systems
Works on Incidents, Requests, Changes, and Problem Management
Monitoring system availability and performance, application and database
Major incidents and escalations management
Problem Resolutions and initial Incident Reports
Standard Operations Procedure documentation creation, update and maintenance
Perform backup and recovery using database tools.
Application Patching and Upgrades
Database Administration
Apply corrective actions and follow up activities from incidents priority 1
Quarterly Health checks reports creation.
Enhance monitoring based on repetitive events and provide permanent solutions.
Knowledge based articles creation and continuous updates to ensure consistency and quality.
Internal communication during Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents
Weekly / Biweekly meetings with AM and Technical Leaders
Monthly SAP Security review on the landscape and when applies to provide guidance to customer.
Monthly SAP Early Watch Analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge
Minimum of a bachelor s degree, ideally with an MBA/CPA or related degree
5-10 years of overall professional experience
Experience with having final responsibility for the quality and content of reporting for either a division or significant program area.
ITIL training, better to have an ITIL certification.
SAP S4 Certification would be a nice-to-have.
Oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Good oral communication English skills
Technical / Professional Skills
5+ Year SAP BASIS experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA support or operation tasks
5+ Year SAP BASIS experience with SAP JAVA support or operation tasks
5+ Year AS-Java (can be a Portal Java, PO Java, etc) experience.
Strong OS Skills (Windows and Linux SLES or Linux REDHAT)
Basic networking skills
Understand the S/4HANA technical conversion process.
Experience in implementing Java Support Package Upgrades
Understand SSO based on SAML authentication.
Understand SAP Readiness Check report
Understanding of various FIORI deployment options and procedures
Strong communication and time management skills; experience with multi-tasking between projects is an asset
Must possess traits of dependability, reliability, task-oriented and focused, ability to follow Standard Operation Procedures and work instructions documents, as well as methodology training documentation related to S/4 Technical conversion methodology.
Consultant must show independence, ability to follow through with tasks to completion, willingness to take initiative where required S/4HANA technical conversion experience.
Experience in cloud-based Fiori implementations with focus on a hybrid S/4 landscape
Experience in Focused Run 2.0 and above
Experience creating FIORI catalogs, Tiles, Front-end and Back-end security roles.
Experience in implementing different SAP authentication scenarios for traditional ABAP, Java and Gateway systems/applications using Kerberos, SAML and.
Familiarity with UI5 and the structures of UI5 applications
Familiarity with hosting Fiori on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and/ or Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
