You Are:

With a strong background in IT procurement, you have a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and ensuring cost-effective purchases

Your expertise in vendor management and data entry skills enable you to track every order and payment efficiently

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with IT Managers to streamline purchasing workflows and support critical business objectives

Your ability to research vendors, negotiate the best prices, and handle invoicing processes with meticulous attention to detail sets you apart

You are comfortable using Service Now to track operations and are committed to continuous improvement initiatives for leaner working processes and practices

With a bachelor's degree and over two years of experience, you are ready to take on the challenge of overseeing the IT procurement operation at Synopsys

What Youll Be Doing:

Coordinate and execute comprehensive procurement processes with precision, maintaining strict adherence to organizational policies and financial guidelines

Collaborate closely with IT Managers to streamline purchasing workflows and support critical business objectives

Work with vendors to get the best price and quote, submit purchase orders, and handle the invoicing process

Track every order and payment accurately, ensuring timely execution and documentation

Lead contractual processes with vendors and participate in company improvement initiatives

Develop negotiation strategies for the procurement of CAPEX equipment and maintain real-time digital trackers

Foster strong vendor relationships, ensuring the best prices and timely deliveries

Deliver timely and efficient resolution of internal customer requests, consistently meeting committed timelines

What Youll Need:

Bachelor's degree in BE/BA/BCOM or related field

Proven experience in procurement, operations, or vendor management

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement tracking software

Excellent communication abilities across multiple stakeholder levels

Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment
