Job Description

  • Mandatory expectation for all roles as per Syngene safety guidelines
  • Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned
  • Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to companys integrity quality standards
  • Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times
  • Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace
  • Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self compliance to Syngenes quality standards at all times
  • Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
  • Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
  • Job Purpose
  • The incumbent will be part of the Compound Management Group and will be responsible for conducting the activities involved in the process of managing the small molecules
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to compound management activities that are required for preparation of DMSO stock solution and generation of assay ready plates
  • This includes, but not limited to weighing of samples, preparation of liquid stock and management of inventory
  • Coordinate with various internal clients for the distribution and handling of the compound request
  • Data documentation as per project requirements
  • Good understanding of Excel will be an advantage
  • Conduct additional tasks assigned by the manager time to time to meet team goals
  • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
  • Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
  • Educational Qualification : B.Sc/

    Technical/functional Skills
  • Hands-on experience in routine working in research laboratory
  • Basic understanding of automation to run assays
  • Experience 3-6 years of experience in industry or CRO
  • Behavioral Skills
  • Good verbal written communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Quality focused
  • Time management
